A package bomb detonated at a FedEx facility in Schertz, near San Antonio. It's the fifth bombing in 3 weeks. Another suspicious package was found at a FedEx facility in Austin. Investigators believe the same bomber is switching techniques and targets.

A Houston business owner will be making changes in light of the package explosions. He's telling employees to be extra cautious and ask customers what's inside the packages they're sending.

Houston City Councilman Michael Kubosh is a star witness in a murder-for-hire trial. He took the stand today, and said Leon Jacob told him he had paid a man to get rid of his ex-girlfriend.

Katy ISD Superintendent Lance Hindt has been publicly accused of being a repeat bully when he was in school. Katy Alum Greg Gay accused Hindt of shoving his head in a urinal when he was in the seventh grade. Hindt denies the accusation.
