FOX 26 News Brief for March 19, 2018

Austin Police are investigating a fourth, more sophisticated, explosion. They believe the four bombings are connected and the work of a serial bomber. 

Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo is sending two bomb techs and a K-9 team to Austin to help investigators.

Jury selection wrapped up Monday for the trial of a man charged with plotting to kill his ex-girlfriend. Leon Jacob is accused of working with his girlfriend Valerie McDaniel to hire a hit man to kill his ex-girlfriend and her ex-husband.

Dameon Johnson's family hopes an increased reward helps catch his killer. He was killed on his way to work five years ago. Crime Stoppers is now offering $10,000 for information leading to an arrest.

Some people plan to shut down their Facebook account after a major breach of information. Cambridge Analytica, a data mining company hired by the Trump campaign, is accused of taking information from 50 million Facebook users during the 2016 election.
