A decision was expected today over DACA, but instead a federal judge in Houston asked both sides for written responses to questions he raised. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is leading a 10-state lawsuit against the constitutionality of the program.

Police want to talk to the boyfriend of a woman found murdered in her North Houston apartment. We're told Latara Sanders' family found her dead late last night at the apartment she shared with her boyfriend.

Close friends and relatives of a woman whose estranged husband is accused of killing both of her children are in shock. 61-year-old Jean Ndossoka is charged with capital murder.

Three months before the school shooting in Santa Fe, 17 people were killed and 17 injured in a shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. Two Parkland survivors are in Houston this week and have advice for Santa Fe students.

Prostitution and human trafficking on Bissonnet have been a problem for years. The county attorney has now filed a lawsuit against 86 pimps, prostitutes and johns, asking the court for injunctions to keep the repeat offenders from being allowed to even step foot in the area.
