A student recorded a Dulles Elementary School teacher after he jumped onto the hood of her mother's sport utility vehicle. The mother admitted to driving around cones and cutting through the campus lot when she was running late to drop off her daughter at Dulles High School for STAAR testing. She is shocked the teacher would jump on and then stand on the hood of her vehicle.

The Houston Community College central campus reopened on Wednesday after being closed for two days following a shooting threat posted online.

A Conroe Independent School District student who has autism is facing a potential criminal charge for playing with his imaginary rifle at school. The 12-year-old child was handcuffed and taken to the juvenile detention center.

Houston police are warning people about the dangers of CBD oils and other drugs sold at convenience stores and smoke shops. Police say laboratory tests found some of the products have the same substance that is in "Kush."
