Accused serial killer Jose Gilberto Rodriguez, 46, is being held at the Harris County Jail with no bond. He's been charged with two counts of capital murder and a third charge is pending.

A man accused of killing a woman who has been missing for three weeks appeared in court on Wednesday. In court documents, authorities said Alex Haggerty shot, stabbed and drugged Brittany Burfield.
