A man is victimizing women in northwest Houston. One woman posted a picture to her Facebook page, of a man sitting naked in his car, pleasuring himself in a Walmart parking lot. She said he tried to coax her into his car. Another woman said she has encountered that man twice.

Houston Independent School District trustees will vote on whether or not to partner with a Houston-based charter, Energized for Stem Academy, to fix ten failing schools.

A bicyclist is dead after she was struck by a dump truck near Rice University.

Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies are trying to find whoever killed a 25-year-old woman and dumped her body in Clear Lake Park. A deputy found an abandoned car at the park, and alerted the owner of that vehicle. The woman's father came to the park and found his daughter's body.

A woman said her daughter was almost abducted while waiting for the school bus in southwest Houston. Her daughter said a man drove by, asked her if she wanted a ride, then circled back and tried to force her into his car.

President George H.W. Bush remains in the hospital battling a blood infection.

The Harris County Precinct 7 Constable's Office is in mourning following the loss of Chief Goree Anderson. He died unexpectedly on Tuesday morning.
