A Houston megachurch pastor accused of fraud pleads not guilty in federal court. Kirbyjon Caldwell entered the plea during his arraignment hearing in Shreveport, La.

The family of an unarmed man who was shot and killed by a Harris County Sheriff's Office deputy is suing the county and the law enforcement officer. Attorneys say Danny Thomas has a history of mental illness and was clearly in a state of mental crisis when the deputy shot and killed him.
