First full moon on Christmas since 1977
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - It hasn’t happened since 1977. But this year, the moon will be full on Christmas.
It will be full at 5:11 a.m. on December 25th, giving us our best view here in Texas on Christmas Eve night.
Perhaps Rudolph’s glowing red nose won’t be necessary to navigate the skies!
A Christmas full moon will not happen again until 2034.
