Family of Chris Stone sues family of Santa Fe High School shooting suspect

SANTA FE, Texas (FOX 26) - Christopher Stone and Rosie Yanas have filed a lawsuit in Galveston County court against the family of 17-year-old Santa Fe High School shooting suspect Dimitrios Pagourtzis.

The lawsuit filed against Antonios Pagourtzis and Rose Marie Kosmetatos alleges negligence and gross negligence related to the access that Dimitrios had to the .38 caliber handgun and sawed-off shotgun used in the deadly shooing on the Santa Fe campus on Friday, May 18.
