MONTGOMERY, Texas (FOX 26) - A pilot is forced to make an emergency plane landing in Montgomery County.
The fixed-wing aircraft pilot reported that he had made an emergency in a field near the intersection of FM 2854 and State Highway 105 at around 5:44 p.m. Friday, according to a Texas Department of Public Safety spokesman.
The pilot walked away from the aircraft with no injuries. He was able to walk to a home nearby where he contacted people to let them know he was fine. The plane was left with minimal damage.
