1-year-old boy found safe, grandmother in police custody
CHANNELVIEW, Texas (FOX 26) - After they were reported missing on Sunday, one-year-old Jaden Garza has been found in safe condition while his grandmother is Baytown Police Department custody, according to a statement from the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
Earlene Crippen, 45, and Garza left from her daughter's home on Ave A near Bayou Drive in Channelview at around 7 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies say she would babysit the child but did not have permission to take the child.
