Commissioners vote to name county building after slain deputy

BAYTOWN, Texas (FOX 26) - Harris County Commissioners Court has voted to name a county building in Baytown for Precinct 3 Assistant Chief Deputy Constable Clint Greenwood, who was killed outside that building on April 3.

Assistant Chief Deputy Constable Greenwood was arriving for work at 7 a.m. on April 3 at the Baytown Courthouse but he never made it inside the building.  He was wounded with a single gunshot in the parking lot and later died at Memorial Hermann Hospital - Texas Medical Center.
