SPRING, Texas - One person is injured after a vehicle runs into the Spring-area restaurant.
It happened around 11:30 a.m. Christmas Day at the Texas Roadhouse located in the 100 block of FM 1960 at the North Freeway.
The manager of the restaurant tells us a 17-year old driver left the roadway after experiencing some sort of break failure.
The driver crashed into a fence and then struck the side of the restaurant.
Cy-creek EMS responded after receiving reports of the accident.
One person was transported to the hospital. The injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
Officials tell us that there was a gas leak as a result of the collision.
The restaurant was closed for the Christmas holiday at the time of the accident.
The restaurant's manager says the restaurant will open for business Saturday.
