All clear after bomb threat, evacuation at Texas Southern University campus

After an initial shelter in place order was issued following a bomb threat made to Mack C. Hannah Hall, the administrative building of Texas Southern University, the campus was evacuated on Wednesday. The campus was given the all clear.

Someone contacted Houston police on Wednesday afternoon with the threat. At first, that person indicated a specific time but then called police with different times.

Houston police had evacuated the campus as a precaution.

All classes at TSU are canceled for the remainder of Wednesday.
