A Baytown couple is asking the city to pay for extensive damage done to their home -- all caused by SWAT team members searching for drugs.

On July 21st, Baytown police say they executed search warrants on houses next to each other on Waco Street.

At one house they found drugs and made at least two arrests.

But no drugs were found at Anthony Tubb's house, and police say he and his wife are not facing any kind of criminal charges.

SWAT team members used an explosive device that broke all the windows and did extensive damage to the house while searching for drugs.

Tubbs asked that we not show his face.
