An affidavit released today reveals murdered Baytown teen Kirsten Fritch died due to multiple stab wounds.  The document says Fritch suffered 53-60 stab wounds to the face, neck, and torso.

Baytown Police Department formally filed murder charges against Jesse Dobbs for the murder of 16-year-old Kirsten Fritch on November 15.

Kirsten was at the center of an Amber Alert search that ended tragically in Galveston County on November 10, two days after both the teen’s mother and 13-year-old sister were found dead in their Baytown home.

Baytown police released a statement on the charges:

A Texas EquuSearch team found Kirsten Fritch's body shortly after 12:40 p.m. on Thursday, November 10. The search began on Wednesday after the 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser, owned by Fritch's mother, was found in Texas City.

Texas EquuSearch founder Tim Miller told FOX 26 News that his group would search for Fritch as long as there was light in the sky. But just thirty minutes into the search effort Thursday, the team of volunteers returned to its starting point solemn and numb.

With crime scene tape wrapped around the perimeter of a line of trees, Baytown Police Department Lieutenant Steve Norris shared the news that no one wanted to hear. Search teams had located a body in the woods and based on some evidence at the scene, Lt. Norris said that his team does "believe that body is 16-year-old Kirsten Fritch."

Lt . Norris would not specify what evidence was found or how his team believes Fritch died, but he did say her body was dumped in the wooded area just beyond the trees.

Baytown police arrested 21-year-old Jesse Dobbs at Shenanigans Night Club in Texas City on Tuesday. Surveillance video shows Dobbs putting up a fight at the time of his arrest. Lt. Norris says Dobbs has been uncooperative during questioning and has requested an attorney.

Dobbs will face murder charges in both Harris and Galveston counties for the murders of 37-year-old Cynthia Morris, 13-year-old Breanna Pavilicek and 16-year-old Kirsten Fritch, who was his girlfriend.

"There's always going to be three empty tables or three empty chairs at a table that nobody's going to fill," said Miller.

Baytown police found the bodies of Morris and Pavilicek after 11 a.m. Tuesday inside the home on Louise Street near Crestmont Street on Tuesday. Someone contacted police at around 11 a.m. Tuesday to perform a welfare check on Morris and Pavilicek after relatives were not able to contact them. Morris never appeared at her workplace, which prompted her relative to contact police.
