Crowds of blue and orange packed the street fest outside Minute Maid Park Wednesday afternoon.
With all the excitement, MaryJo and Mark Willsey created their own song about the Astros. "We got Verlander from Detroit down to Houston, we beat Boston, New York and L.A.", they sang.
For Felix Mora, it was his first time inside the ballpark. He came out to celebrate his birthday early with friends and family. "It's like my heart is beating really really fast because I've never been here", says Mora.
Others also decided to come out with family.
"We came out here with my sisters and my friend and we decided to come out and be out here with all the other Astros supporters and just have a good time and this is our first time, it's fun", says Brenda Davis.
"Even though I can see the World Series here in the screen it's like I don't quite believe we are actually here yet, it hasn't hit me", says Chris Glaser who is a regular out at Minute Maid. He says he plans on going to game 3 as well.
