HOUSTON (FOX26) - A man is in the hospital after being shot during a possible case of road rage. Now, deputies are looking for the shooter.
The shooting happened on Aldine Bender at Aldine Westfield in north Harris County,
Sheriff Deputies say the man claimed he saw two cars “swanging” in front of him, that's when drivers swerve back and forth. He flashed his lights to get them stop and that’s when one of the drivers slowed down and shot him three times.
The victim pulled into a parking lot and called for help.
He's in serious condition. The gunman took off.
Houston police are investigating an accident involving one of their own.
An officer was traveling, with lights and siren on, south bound on Dairy Ashford, when she entered the intersection at Bellaire, several drivers stopped but one woman did not.
She hit the back passenger side of the patrol unit.
The officer and woman were brought to the hospital. It's not believed the officer was hurt.
