Missing child alert issued for Palm Coast boy

- An alert has been issued for a missing child out of Flagler County.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) in Tallahassee said officers are looking for three-year-old Xander Quigley and two adults with whom he may be traveling.

Based on its criteria for issuing a missing child alert, an investigation has concluded Xander's life is in danger.

He was last seen in the 90 block of Port Royal Drive in Palm Coast.

He might be with Natasha Quigley and Gary Bullock in a 2010 white Chevrolet Cobalt with Florida tag EUJL31.

If you see them, law enforcement say not to approach them, but call 911.

The FDLE said its criteria for issuing a missing child alert are as follows:

  1. The child must be under 18 years of age.
  2. The law enforcement agency's preliminary investigation must conclude that the child's life is in danger.
  3. Descriptive information and a photograph of the child must be available.
  4. The agency of jurisdiction must approve the issuance of the Missing Child Alert.
