BAYTOWN (FOX 26) - An officer has shot a male four times after responding to a domestic dispute call. It happened at the Rosemont apartments in a large parking lot area. Baytown PD got a call from a woman who left her apartment because her ex-husband was tearing up the apartment. She was not injured but, went to a nearby hospital to make the call. When the officer arrived, he asked the man to get out of the car and the male refused. The officer then reached into the car and the male put it in reverse and dragged the officer. The officer then opened fire hitting the man four times. The 28-year-old man was transported by Life Flight to Memorial Hermann with wounds to his arm, chest, rear end and head. The Baytown officer went to the hospital with a hand injury.
