- The governor of Kentucky is ordering the state to prepare new marriage licenses that do not include the names of county clerks. This is to protect the religious beliefs of clerks like Kim Davis who made headlines earlier this year for refusing to issue same-sex marriage licenses. It is unclear how Bevin’s order will affect a federal lawsuit against Davis.

A man who loaned one of the guns used by the Boston Marathon Bombers to kill a police officer is saying his actions were quote "dumb." Stephen Silva went before a U.S. District Court judge Tuesday. He loaned the Tsarnaev brothers a handgun two months before the bombings. He pleaded guilty to gun and drug charges and served 17 months behind bars.

The CDC is investigating a more recent batch of E. Coli cases linked to the Mexican grill. It’s not known if the cases are linked to a larger outbreak that began in October and sickened 53 people in 9 states. The agency says five people have been reported sick in the new outbreak, with the illnesses starting between November 18 and 26.

Washington D.C police are investigating a Secret Service Agent who had his gun, portable radio, badge and other items stolen from his personal vehicle. The theft reportedly happened Monday outside a downtown D.C. building less than a block from the agency's headquarters. It appears the agent left a car window open.
