An anti-drunk driving campaign is putting wrecked toy cars in cereal boxes

- Arrive Alive is a charity organization based in Toronto, Ontario whose mission is “to eliminate impaired driving in Ontario.” They recently launched a clever campaign to promote responsible driving.

Arrive Alive took to several Ontario college campuses to hand out free cereal boxes to students containing small prizes inside—miniature wrecked toy cars that might result from a drunk driving accident.

The cars come in boxes that declare things such as, “Just because you slept doesn’t mean you’re sober. It can takeup to 12 hours for the effects of a night out to wear off.”

The Arrive Alive Drive Sober Facebook page have posted a YouTube video on the campaign but it is currently set to private.
