Oregon mass shooting reignites gun control debate

As expected, the horrible massacre in Oregon has once again opened a debate about gun control in this country.

It's a debate that's been raging on since the Supreme Court weighed in 7 years ago clearly defining the right for individuals to bear arms.

But some gun enthusiasts, like attorney Frank Spagnoletti in Houston, say our country's forefathers didn't intend the Second Amendment to be interpreted as everyone should have guns.

Spagnoletti says it's time laws are changed to prevent deadly shooting massacres. The attorney also says he believes mental capacity should weigh in the decision of who gets to buy a gun in this country.
