38-year-old Conroe horse trainer accused of sexually assaulting young girl

- Law officers executed a search warrant at the Triple H Horse Farm in Conroe and say they found evidence of more than one sexual assault victim.

“Handcuffed this teenage boy, got all the kids out of bed, lined the family up and put them against the wall and found nothing,” said attorney Sam Cammack.

Cammack is representing 38-year-old Michael Hogan the owner of Triple H Horse Farm in Conroe.

“He’s had access to a whole lot of kids over a long period of time,” said Chief Matthew Rodrigue with the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constables Office. “So we need to get to the bottom of everything.”

Hogan is now charged with two counts of sexual assault of a child.

Deputies say he sexually attacked a juvenile girl over the age of 14 repeatedly during a span of several months.

“There’s no victim,’ Cammack said. “These people were boarders out here. This has to do with a horse deal gone bad."

Hogan’s attorney says the charges stem from an old allegation made by the teenage daughter of a man who was angry with Hogan over the price of a horse.

It was all investigated by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Cammack says and the D.A. declined charges.

No, this is a new case with a different victim says the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constables Office.

“Shortly after that case, this one came forward a very short time after and the investigation started and we were able to get probable cause on Mr. Hogan for this offense,” Rodrigue said.

“They did it because it’s a good platform to get re-elected on that’s my opinion,” Cammack said.

Precinct 3 constable deputies say they heard from another potential victim of Hogan’s an hour after they posted information about his arrest on Facebook.

They urge parents to periodically check their child’s computer and cell phone.

Because detectives believe that there may be other victims, they encourage anyone with information about the case to contact the Constable's office by phone at 281-364-4211.
