Teens involved in a deadly crash that killed youngest brother on Highway 249

Houston police say a joyride involving two teen brothers has killed a 15-year-old teen. At 10:30 pm last night, an 18-year-old boy was speeding with his 15-year-old brother in the passenger side of his car along Highway 249. The 18-yr-old was not hurt, as he was treated for minor bumps and bruises.  According to Harris County, he was not intoxicated or impaired in any way.
