HOUSTON (FOX26) - A drive by shooting in Southeast Houston has left one man dead. Homicide investigators say a man in his 20s was standing outside his house last night, when a black Impala pulled up and the people inside opened fire. He was brought to the hospital where he died from his injuries.
Police are investigating two men who showed up at a gas station with gunshot wounds. The men were shot and drove to an Exxon station on the Hardy Toll Road. Officers are trying to figure out where this happened and why; the condition of the men has not been released.
A family is lucky to be alive after they made it out of their burning home in the middle of the night. Just after midnight the Attascocita fire department was called to the home on Winding Timbers Court. The fire started in the attic and quickly grew to 2 alarm Four adults and two children escaped to safety.
