- A deputy is in the hospital with minor injuries after an overnight crash in north Houston. Investigators say the deputy was driving north on the gulf freeway when a man driving a mustang lost control and crashed into his cruiser. That caused the deputy's Tahoe to roll. The driver of the mustang fled the scene.

A young boy is dead and his mother is in extremely critical condition after a major car accident on the feeder road of the Beltway North at Antoine. Deputies tell us last night, a young man ran a red light on the service road and t-boned an SUV. That SUV then rolled over and hit two vehicles at the intersection.

                Five others were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The manhunt continues in northern Illinois for a group of men suspected of killing an officer and taking his weapon. Hundreds of cops are scouring Fox Lake county by helicopter for the three men believed to have shot and killed Lieutenant Joseph Gliniewicz on Tuesday. The officer was a 30-year veteran of the force.

Six men are in federal custody after an in-flight disturbance led to a Southwest flight being diverted to Amarillo. The flight from San Diego to Chicago got off to a rough start when the young men refused to put up their tray tables. They argued with the flight crew then started swearing and flashing gang signs when they were denied alcohol.
