Many have taken to social media to express their love for Muhammad Ali.
Ali's daughter, Laila, took to Facebook, posting several photos of her with her boxing-legend father.
On Twitter, many are using the hashtag #GOAT, expressing that Ali is the "Greatest of All Time."

And tribute videos have been resurfacing such as the one produced by Team USA, who honored Ali at a special ceremony the night before the London 2012 Opening Ceremony.
The United States Olympic Committee shared this video of Ali lighting the iconic Olympic Torch in Atlanta for the 1996 Summer Games.
