Argument and attempted robbery lead to two shootings

- One person was taken by Life Flight to Memorial Herman overnight, after he was shot in northwest Harris County.

It all started after two people that knew each other got into an argument, and one pulled out a gun and shot the other. The man that fired the weapon is in custody.

No word on the victim's condition.

A 17-year-old man tried to rob a PF Chang's restaurant on Westheimer around 1:00 a.m. this morning.

Officials say he pulled out a gun on a contractor, who was hired to secure the area, but the contractor fought him for it.

In the end the teenager was shot and taken to Ben Taub hospital in serious condition.

He'll be arrested when he is released.
