HOUSTON (FOX 26) - A man and woman were injured Tuesday when an awning collapsed at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
An awning at an outdoor Aramark vendor's booth collapsed and hit the two. They were transported to area hospitals, and their conditions remain unknown. Aramark officials are investigating the cause of the collapse.
The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo released the following statement:
"Our thoughts and prayers are with these patrons, and the Show will continue to monitor the investigation into the awning collapse to ensure that our visitors remain safe and secure."
