Two men are in custody after an overnight crime spree. Police tell us the men began robbing people in an apartment complex parking lot on Tidell. One of the victims pulled out a gun and shot two of the robber's tires. They ditched their car and carjacked a woman nearby. They stole her purse and cell phone. Officers eventually took the men into custody.

Two men are in custody after an overnight crime spree because their personal information could be vulnerable. It all stems from a misplaced portable flash drive. The IRS was conducting a random audit when the flash drive was lost. It contained names, addresses and social security numbers.

Texas senator and presidential candidate Ted Cruz says Hillary Clinton could face legal action in her email scandal. The search of her private server uncovered hundreds of classified emails that passed through her private server, during her time as secretary of state.

Clinton maintains at no point did she knowingly send or receive classified emails.
