10 suspects arrested in prostitution initiative in NE Houston

HOUSTON (FOX 26) -  

In an effort to decrease the prostitution demand, investigators in the Houston Police Department Vice Division, with the assistance of the Northeast Patrol Division Differential Response Team (DRT), conducted an operation in the 3600 block of Tidford.  Nine males attempted to buy sex in exchange for money and were taken into custody.  One female soliciting prostitution in the same area was also taken into custody. 

The male suspects are charged with prostitution and identified as:

Sergio Ivan Pena, Jaime Cesar Vitales, Nofil Amin, Ezequiel Compeanm, Ganao Aguire, Jose Bernabe Hernandez, Alvia Lewis Gilchrist, Donnell Keys

One female suspect, Lila Caren Edwards
