One person fatally shot in northeast Houston, police say
Houston police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead in northeast Houston.
The incident happened around 4:35 p.m. at 1200 Sakowitz.
"We had a shooting of an 18-year-old Hispanic male who, as far as we know at this time, was a pedestrian," says Todd Terry, a detective in the Homicide Division of HPD. "The suspects drove north in a black van."
It is unclear what the motive was for the shooting.
