If you're not a regular at spin class, take it easy!

What’s killing you?

Sleep – too little and too much. A North Korean study found men who sleep less than six hours were more likely to have higher belly fat, higher cholesterol, higher blood sugar, and higher blood pressure. Same if they slept more than 10 hours.

For ladies, under six hours meant bigger waistlines, and more than 10 meant higher blood sugar and lower levels of "good" cholesterol.

They're trying to figure out why this is.

What's killing your vision?

Mascara if you don't wash it off regularly. A woman in Australia didn't really fully remove hers, and after 25 years, she had erosion on her eyeball sunder the eyelids. The mascara had basically dyed her inner lids and calcified into bumps. She was able to treat it, but that can lead to permanent vision damage. So, yea, wash your face.
