Wait for Avengers Endgame is over for Houston superfans

The wait is finally over for Avengers fans who are ready to watch the "Endgame."

The “Avengers: Endgame” is the culmination of 22 Marvel movies over the span of the last 10 years. These movies feature some of the most iconic superheroes, and it's all coming to a bittersweet end with this movie. Fans say they have mixed emotions and are calling this movie the end of an era.

“I’m anxious. I’m nervous. I don’t know what to expect I’m just all over the place right now,” Patricia Sepulveda said.

“I have the Infinity Gauntlet. I’m really excited for the movie. I wanted to dress up because I think it's a special moment,” Marlon Rubio said.

“It’s the end of an era. It’s been over a decade so happy to see how it ends,” Melissa Fera said.

“I’m excited to see how it ends. And nervous too. I don’t want people to die,” Cody Sheffield said.

“I’m nervous. I’m scared all my favorite characters are going to die and this is also going to be the last one with all the original Avengers, which I love. They’re my favorite group. I love that group. They've all been making Twitter posts that they’re saying goodbye and I’m sad to see them all go,” Chris Gay said.

“I was telling my friend—‘Am I going to be this excited the day of my wedding?’ It’s so cool. I’m so excited,” Patricia Sepulveda said.

“Probably excitement and confusion. No one's going to know what happened after this movie because there's no talks about anything else,” Hector Baldazo said.

Super fans said they wished the Marvel movie saga would never end.

Multiple Marvel movies have broken box office records in the past including Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War, so movie-goers will have to wait to see how the final piece of the puzzle measures up.
