Disturbing graffiti pops up around Houston after Deputy's death

The images may look a little familiar to you ... That's because they're modeled from emojis, straight from your phone.

But what these criminals have done is pair an emoji of a policeman next to an emoji of a gun pointed at his head.

Whoever is doing this has been vandalizing property in the Houston area with these images.

One location where we found the vandalism was at the Panda Express on Taylor Street.

But the manager there has since covered it up.

This is on the heels of the recent shooting of Harris County Deputy Darren Goforth.

President of the Houston Police Union Ray Hunt says it's a despicable act from someone who is only trying to make things worse.

Police say if you see anyone spraying these images, to get their license plate number and to call police immediately.

They say this is a horrific thing to see, especially for the children and family of slain police officers.
