Stress at work could take up to 33 years off your life

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - Stress at work could shorten your lifespan by as much as 33 years.

According to a new report, the impact stress has on your lifespan depends on your race, level of education, gender, and where you live.

Researchers at Harvard and Stanford used factors like unemployment, health insurance, and work hours to determine the effect a job has on life expectancy. Those with more education fared the best.

So take some time to stop and smell the roses today at work!
