Dog rescued from meat truck in China recovering in California

STORYFUL - Animal rescue organization Compassion Without Borders shared footage on June 3 of a dog that is now recovering in Santa Rosa, California, after she was rescued from a meat truck in China.
Compassion Without Borders shared photos and video on Facebook of the dog, named Ethel, who was found with an eye infection, severe mange, a skin infection and an untreated broken leg.
“Ethel is now safe, thanks to Odessa Gunn and an organization called Slaughterhouse Survivors who helped to get her to safety,” the post stated. As of writing, the post has over 200 reactions on Facebook.
