Rattan Pan-Asian Bistro & Wine Bar a Houston Restaurant Weeks Participant

After a hiatus of several years, Rattan Pan-Asian Bistro will return as a Houston Restaurant Weeks participant for 2016. Chef Billy Lee says he looks forward to showcasing some his signature dishes such as Vietnamese Garlic Beef and Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass while raising funds for the Houston Food Bank.

Chef Lee's Vietnamese Garlic Beef is prepared with stir-fried Akaushi beef with roasted garlic and red onions and tomato fried rice served on a bed of shredded lettuce and tomatoes.
