The Springbok a Houston Restaurant Weeks participant

The Springbok on 711 Main Street is the only restaurant in downtown Houston serving South African cuisine. Dishes on its Houston Restaurant Weeks $35 three-course dinner menu include quail Peri-Peri, veggie curry, Milktart and Malva pudding.
