Texans linebacker Cushing leads Bright Smiles, Bright Futures initiative

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - With support from Houston Texans linebacker Brian Cushing, Colgate-Palmolive Company provided complimentary oral screenings to more than 200 KIPP ZENITH Academy students, celebrating 25 years of the Bright Smiles , Bright Futures®.

The children's oral health festival featured a dental van, music, games and a large group flip-card activity, all to increase awareness about the importance of maintaining good oral health habits.

Bright Smiles, Bright Futures® is an oral health education initiative that features a fleet of nine dental vans that travel to to more than 1,000 cities and towns throughout the U.S. each year, reaching more than 10 million children.
