HOUSTON (FOX 26) - rise n°2 opened during the summer and is the first restaurant of its kind in Houston. 45 percent of the menu at 
rise n°2 features lunch, dinner and dessert souffles. Preparing souffles can be a challenge for the home cook.With help from FOX 26 News contributor Cleverley Stone, Chef Cameron Achee demonstrates how souffles are made and presents suggestions for making them at home.
