The world's largest mobile pet adoption event is in Houston today.
The North Shore Animal League America's 2019 Tour For Life is traveling to 51 cites in 31 states during March and April to help adoptable pets find loving forever homes. They are teaming up with Citizens for Animal Protection to bring the event to Houston on March 22.
