Midtown Barbecue a Houston Restaurant Weeks participant

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Midtown Barbecue is offering The Little Piggy sandwich as part of its Houston Restaurant Weeks lunch menu. Chef Eric Aldis and pitmaster Brett Jackson show Houston Restaurant Weeks founder/chair Cleverley Stone how to prepare the dish which contains pork loin, pulled pork, bacon, house slaw, a Hawaiian bun and fries.

From the Midtown Barbecue HRW two-course $20 lunch menu, the restaurant will donate $3 from each lunch sold to the Houston Food Bank which will generate 9 meals.
