Max's Wine Dive a Houston Restaurant Weeks participant

Two Max's Wine Dive locations will participate in Houston Restaurant Weeks. Chef Shay Prigmore, from the location on Fairview Street, demonstrates how to prepare a pork chop. Other components of the $35 four-course HRW dinner may include MAX 'n Cheese, pork belly, Arugula & Berries salad, The Fried Egg Sandwich and the Rocky Road Brownie. $5 from each of those dinners will directly-benefit the Houston Food Bank.
