Mascalzone a Houston Restaurant Weeks participant

Mascalzone has two locations in Houston and both will be part of Houston Restaurant Weeks. Chef Alberto Baffoni, with help from HRW founder Cleverley Stone, demonstrates how to prepare Pappardelle pasta with slow-roasted pork belly, artichoke hearst, mushrooms and olive oil garlic sauce. The restaurant will offer a three-course dinner for $25 during HRW, $4 of which will be donated to the Houston Food Bank.
