First on FOX - first-ever Houston Texans Cookbook

- The Houston Texans are proud to announce the release of its first-ever team cookbook available for sale on Friday, Dec. 11. The Lady Texans, represented by Hannah McNair (wife of Texans vice chairman and chief operating officer Cal McNair) and Ericka Graham (wife of Texans tight end Garrett Graham), introduced one of the cookbook recipes, McNair's chicken salad, in an exclusive visit to FOX 26 Morning News Extra during a segment with CBS Sports Radio show host Cleverley Stone.

"Houston Texans Cookbook" includes the favorite recipes of Texans players, coaches and executive staff members, as well as family photos and a question & answer section with each player.

The cookbooks will be available at the Go Texan Store in Budweiser Plaza at NRG Park and on Each book costs $25 and all proceeds from their sales will benefit the Houston Texans Foundation.

Since 2002, the Houston Texans Foundation has raised more than $25 million to support and administer programs in education, character development and health and fitness to empower the next generation of Texans.

The cookbook was made possible due to contributions to the Lady Texans organization, which is comprised of an executive committee and the wives and significant others of the Houston Texans players and coaches. The purpose of the Lady Texans is to support the Texans team and the Houston Texans Foundation.
