During a visit to FOX 26 Morning News Extra, chef Gino Llanes demonstrates how to prepare grilled Caesar salad, one of the first course options available as part of the Houston Restaurant Weeks dinner menu at Armandos. Llanes' version of the salad includes grilled hearts of romaine lettuce, roasted pepitas, parmesan crisp and Caesar dressing as ingredients. Houston Restaurant Weeks is an annual volunteer-driven charitable event that directly benefits the Houston Food Bank.
