Chicken-fried bacon at Revolver Bourbon Social

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Matt Brice, partner at Revolver Bourbon Social in the historic Houston Heights, shows food journalist Cleverley Stone how to prepare chicken fried bacon and country gravy with bacon fat. General manager Mason Geroe pairs the treat with a Smoking Gun cocktail. The name of the restaurant came from owner/partner James Cole. He has owned several bars in Houston and he has had to repurpose his resources when building out a new venue. So his resources 'revolve,' he explains to FOX 26 News.
