El Picosito taco from Tacodeli

Established in 1999, Tacodeli has a loyal following in its hometown of Austin. Founder Roberto Espinosa opened the first Houston location on April 11 and on the restaurant's second day open, he demonstrated to FOX 26 News food segment contributor Cleverley Stone how to prepare the El Picosito taco, which contains grilled beef tenderloin, chipotle sesame sauce, avocado and queso fresco. Committed to using high quality ingredients, Tacodeli uses Akaushi beef from the acclaimed HeartBrand Ranch in Yoakum, Texas.
